
This leading telecoms company engaged Spark to help them better understand their SME target audience’s awareness, preparedness and core needs in relation to the upcoming copper landline switch off. We used a mix of qual and quant solutions, including client co-creation workshops to firstly understand the landscape and secondly build a proposition to attract new customers and retain existing customers, supporting them through the copper switch off process.
