
We supported a leading skincare brand with deeper levels of understanding about consumers with troubled skin. We used a Customer Community to sensitively explore and understand skincare concerns, behaviours and motivators, understanding product challenges, efficacy and workarounds. The brand used these insights to support the development of a digital skin diagnostic tool, making sure that the product solution was built on solid customer insight.
