An NPD project for a Yorkshire pudding company

This leading Yorkshire Pudding brand wanted to stretch their brand into other areas and occasions; moving from dinners to deserts and other product combinations. We used a qualitative approach to test various concepts, flavour pairings and understand likely product appeal. We then used a quantitative approach to validate, size and price the potential of each of the concepts, providing our client with a clear view of what to do next.
