We worked with a leading Irish bank to develop an award-winning First Time Buyer mortgage proposition. We used a range of iterative qual & quant methodologies including design thinking techniques to create a customer centric and differentiated proposition vs others on the market, designed to attract and retain these valuable customers to the bank and create long term relationships.
